2021 Winter Bonus Schemes: T&Cs

1. New Client Bonus – Terms & Conditions

Offer: Receive a £/€50 cash bonus when you work a shift with a client that you haven’t worked with before between 12 November and 24 December 2021.

Promotion dates: 12 November 2021 – 24 December 2021

Terms

  1. Eligible workers will receive a communication directly from Scottish Nursing Guild inviting them to participate in this exclusive promotion. If you have not received a communication from us via email, text message or telephone call, addressed to you, you are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  2. Only compliant and working agency workers can take part in this promotion.
  3. We cannot guarantee a specific number of shifts will be available for your speciality throughout the promotion period.
  4. To claim the £/€50 bonus, you must email promotions@nursingguild.com with your Guild number, client name/code and date of shift worked.
  5. The £/€50 cash bonus will be paid on the condition that all associated timesheets and claims have been submitted within seven days of the shift worked.
  6. Alternative prizes cannot be requested or awarded.
  7. Every shift worked during the promotion period will also count as an entry into our festive prize draw, where you could win a £/€5,000 holiday voucher.
  8. This can be used in conjunction with the HEPMA Training Bonus promotion (Scotland only) where you can earn an additional £50 cash bonus by completing HEPMA (or the equivalent client-specific training) and working at least one shift with that client between 12 November – 24 December 2021.
  9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Scottish Nursing Guild promotion.

The Scottish Nursing Guild reserves the right to:

  • Vary the terms and conditions of the promotion at its absolute discretion
  • Cancel or discontinue the promotion without having to pay any outstanding claims, introduce a replacement scheme, offer compensation or inform candidates

 

2. HEPMA Training Bonus (Scotland only) – Terms & Conditions

Offer: Receive a £50 cash bonus when you complete HEPMA training and work at least one shift with that client between 12 November and 24 December 2021.

Promotion dates: 12 November 2021 – 24 December 2021

Terms

  1. Eligible workers will receive a communication directly from Scottish Nursing Guild inviting them to participate in this exclusive promotion. If you have not received a communication from us via email, text message or telephone call, addressed to you, you are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  2. You must complete the Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (HEPMA) training, or a client-specific equivalent training, and work at least one shift with that client between 12 November and 24 December 2021 to earn a £50 cash bonus.
  3. Only compliant and working agency workers can take part in this promotion.
  4. We cannot guarantee a specific number of shifts will be available for your speciality throughout the promotion period.
  5. To claim the £50 bonus, you must email promotions@nursingguild.com with your Guild number, client name/code and date of shift worked.

  10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Scottish Nursing Guild promotion.
