Congratulations Nicola! June’s Nurse of the Month

This is following some fantastic feedback from a client about Nicola:

“Nicola was amazing and one of the best agency workers we have had on the ward. She was so quick in noticing a patient had gone into cardiac arrest. Within seconds she had noticed and took the appropriate steps to save his life – if it wasn’t for her, he wouldn’t be here. We all worked great as a team and she is always welcome back to the ward.”

We caught up with Nicola to see how she feels about being our Nurse of the Month.

How long have you been working with the Guild?

“One year in September.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“My job allows me to deliver compassionate care and connect with people in such a special way. Sometimes it’s the little things you do for your patient that make a big difference. I also love meeting other nurses who share the same passion.”

What attracted you to join the Guild?

“The flexibility and the fact I can work in various locations, the Nursing Guild has a great reputation and was highly recommended!”

How do you feel about being our Nurse of the Month?

“I am over the moon and grateful for being chosen to be Nurse of the Month. Thank you for all your support.”
