Congratulations Rocío! July’s Nurse of the Month

This is following some fantastic feedback from the Edinburgh team about Rocío:

“Rocío works 4/5 shifts per week with us and consistently receives positive feedback from clients and never lets us down.”

We caught up with Rocío to see how she feels about being our Nurse of the Month.

How long have you been working with the Guild?

I started working for the Guild almost 9 months ago and I can say this is the best job I ever had in my life.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love what I do, simply because I feel I am able to help others, to put a smile on their faces and try and make their lives a bit better.

What attracted you to join the Guild?

I joined SNG because I had the opportunity to meet Guild workers in my previous job and all I could get from them was happiness and good words. I felt attracted by it because I could have the flexibility of choosing my shifts, times, the rates are excellent and I haven’t heard any other company valuing their staff the way the Guild does. Another fact that I love is, the opportunity to travel to different places, meet different people and the chance to learn different things every day.

How do you feel about being our Nurse of the Month?

I feel extremely excited, happy and lucky to get to be the Nurse of the month, that means I am doing something good and people are happy with me and that’s what matter to me.

Thank you Rocío and congratulations! You deserve it!
