Following some fantastic feedback from Naomi, our Dublin Branch Business Manager, Guild nurse Tina was commended by Naomi.
“Tina has been working with SNG full-time since March. Throughout this time, Tina has been extremely flexible in her work, quickly adapting to new wards and settings, often under difficult working conditions.
It’s never any problem when Tina is asked to move to another unit or area and she’s quick to pick up extra shifts to help us out during busy periods. She is extremely reliable and never lets us down, travelling the length and breadth of the country to help clients out.
Feedback from clients has been extremely positive as she is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are delighted to have Tina as part of ever-expanding team, keep up the amazing work!”
We caught up with Tina to find out how she feels being our Nurse of the Month:
SNG: How long have you been working in healthcare?
Tina: I have been nursing for the last five years in both Ireland and the UK and I have gained a lot of experience from both.
SNG: What do you enjoy most about your job?
Tina: I love that you’re continuously learning in nursing as there are always new developments in the profession. And every day is different from the last.
SNG: What attracted you to SNG?
Tina: I started working with SNG in March and have never looked back! I love the fact the hours are flexible and that I can choose my own. I’m going travelling in the New Year so it’s definitely helping in terms of saving. The Dublin team are brilliant and very supportive of their nurses.
SNG: How do you feel about being our Nurse of the Month?
Tina: I was shocked when I got word as I didn’t even think I’d be nominated. I am delighted though, it is nice to get nominated especially when you’re putting in the long days on the wards. It makes the job that little bit easier.
Congratulations once again Tina.
