Extra support with the Guild

At the Scottish Nursing Guild, we are always looking for new ways to support nurses, midwives and HCAs through our recruitment process. Because of the way in which we deploy our agency workers, our recruitment process is very stringent. We understand that you often need help in producing some of the information we require from you so, to help you along the way and to reduce the time it takes for you to register with us, we’re introducing dedicated recruitment consultants to support you on your journey to becoming a Guild nurse.

Get through our recruitment process quicker

Having a dedicated consultant will help to get you through our recruitment process faster than ever before. This consultant will be fully up to speed with your entire file, making the approval process of each stage much quicker than having multiple consultants reviewing individual documents.

You won’t need to explain things twice

Your consultant will know what stage your application is at and  what documentation you may be missing.. If you have any questions, you’ll be able to contact them for support and advice. They’ll know exactly who you are and will be able to help you faster than ever before.

It’s easy to speak with your recruitment consultant

We know how busy you are so waiting on hold to speak to someone who isn’t as familiar with your application isn’t ideal.  Having a dedicated consultant means you’ll have a direct number and email address to reach them – we like to think of it as VIP treatment!

Giving our candidates one point of contact, can help them navigate through our onboarding process, faster and easier than ever before. Our new dedicated consultants will understand our candidate’s personal circumstances and how best to help them join in an efficient, hassle-free manner.
