National Work Life Week

We’re celebrating National Work Life Week with our workers, by asking them to share how the flexibility at the Guild has improved their work-life balance and quality of life.

“I get to work in beautiful places around Scotland. I enjoy my job and it’s rewarding. As well as working for the Guild, I’m also able to teach SVQ and spend more time with my baby girl as I get to choose when and where I work.” – Julien

“Working for the Guild has given me a better work-life balance. I get to spend more time with my family. Thank you so much to the Guild team.” – Niro

“I was previously working in a nursing home and not being paid enough. After joining the Guild, I made more money working fewer days than when I was working full-time. So, now I can spend more quality time with my family and I’m happier.” – Jeswin

“I can earn extra money at my own choice and work around my son. The staff are amazing in the office and always try to accommodate me when needed. I always recommend the Guild to people any chance I get.” – Sabrena

“The Guild and the staff are very accommodating and lovely. The work-life balance is great and they’ve always treated me with respect and care. I love working with the Guild. I recommend it to my friends and even to people who I met at work. They’re the best!” – Monique

“Working at the Guild has allowed me to have a healthy work-life balance. I am happier and healthier as I feel more valued.” – Anne-Marie
