About the opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join us as Clinical Recruitment Coordinator. You will join our friendly and supportive team based in our Edinburgh City Centre office. Within this role, you will be responsible for the full onboarding process of nurses and HCAs looking to join our agency to meet the demands of our healthcare clients.
This is a varied role, where you will liaise directly with HCAs and nurses to identify their suitability to work for us, using your clinical knowledge and expertise.

What you will be doing
- Conducting interviews with HCAs and nurses, using your clinical judgement to assess their applications
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the onboarding of applicants
- Making outbound and taking inbound calls with applicants going through the recruitment journey
- Checking documentary evidence as provided by applicants, ensuring that they meet our compliance requirements, reference checking, skills checks etc.
- Supporting the team through sharing your clinical knowledge and expertise
We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC
- Ability to use IT software and pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team, while also being able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work confidently in a fast paced working environment and meet deadlines
