About the opportunity

We have a unique and exciting opportunity available within our team for a Registered Nurse to join us within the role of the Clinical Regulation, Training and Compliance (RTC) Coordinator. You will be responsible for ensuring our existing database of nurses and HCAs remains up to date and compliant all times. Working with our bespoke database, you will monitor the status of all workers and will ensure clinical skill records are updated and maintained to support appropriate and safe placement of workers.
The RTC team ensures a variety of compliancy requirements checks are completed and that the company database is accurate and current at all times.

What you will be doing
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls to existing workers to discuss any compliancy matters, specifically surrounding clinical skills referencing and revalidation
- Complete annual updates with workers to identify any changes
- Provide 1:1 support and advice to agency workers in order to maintain current registration
- Provide clinical knowledge and support to other departments within the business
- Review workers’ files to ensure they are ready for work placements
- Liaise with workers to identify and resolve compliancy shortfalls
- Send occupational health screening forms to workers
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Ensure professional, informative and positive relationships are created and maintained at all times.
We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, or a Registered Nurse whose pin has lapsed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to be proactive, to multitask, prioritise, work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Possess a positive and engaging manner with the ability to solve problems effectively
- Good team working skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
