About the opportunity

We have a unique to join our friendly and supportive team based in our new Dublin City Centre offices. Within this role you will be responsible for the full onboarding process of our nurses and HCA’s looking to join our agency to meet the demands of our healthcare clients.

This is a varied role, where you will liaise directly with our HCA’s and Nurses to identify their suitability to work for us, using your clinical knowledge and expertise!

What you will be doing

  • Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the onboarding of applicants
  • Making outbound and taking inbound telephone calls with applicants who are going through the recruitment journey.
  • Checking all documentary evidence as provided by applicants, ensuring that they meet our compliance requirements, reference checking, skills checks etc
  • Processing nurse checks, and managing your own caseload of applicants supporting them through the onboarding process from start to finish
  • Supporting the team through sharing your clinical knowledge and expertise
