Our nurses can support case managers and solicitors

We have helped many case managers and solicitors secure the right care for their clients.  We have experienced nurses and healthcare assistants across Scotland, ready to step in whenever they’re needed. We are often asked to provide interim care until an individual’s care package is set up and in other occasions to help maintain established packages when there are staffing shortages due to holiday or sickness.

We can provide care from four hours through to 24 hr care, seven days per week and for as long as you need until another care solution is found.

We help elderly people live at home, support immediate hospital discharge and readmission to the community, provide end of life care and support clients with a personal injury claim.

We also have specialist nurses who can support clients with various complex conditions as a result of accident or injury, for example, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, spinal injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries and amputation, as well as mental health support.

Case studies

We supported an individual who had been in a road traffic accident, leaving him paralysed and requiring long-term care. Our client’s Case Management company contacted us as they were having staffing problems with the current provider. We supplied healthcare assistants to support the client with personal and social care until new staff were recruited. We continued to support staffing until all new staff were inducted and we occasionally support any ad-hoc staffing gaps due to holiday or sickness.

Our client’s solicitor contacted us as their client required daily care to enable them to continue living at home safely. Initially, we supported the client for a few hours each day but sadly, their health deteriorated over the next few months and so care was increased to 24/7 to ensure they remained safe.
