You and your loved ones have the right to seek an excellent standard of care in your home from a high quality, reputable care provider and we will work with you to make certain you receive exactly that. Our Case Managers will take the time to understand what clinical care you require and where, while respecting your own lifestyle and personal preferences. Your Case Manager will also continue to support and liaise with you throughout the duration of the package.
We ensure the nurses and healthcare assistants we place, have the relevant skills to meet your specific needs and that they deliver this care in a discreet and respectful way to fit in within the home. We always strive for consistency with staffing so will ensure you have a core team supporting you regularly, to minimise the number of workers introduced.
We can provide long or short-term staffing support within a range of services, from minimum support of four hours up to 24 hours a day. We can provide support from minimal social, companionable support from nurses or healthcare assistants to complex care involving specialist nursing skills and our extensive experience of providing carefully tailored care, makes us the best option.
We understand that many private clients struggle to find a provider who is flexible and able to adapt at short notice, but we are renowned for providing care at short notice, with consistent staffing. We will ensure that we can help when no one else can.
We were contacted by the family of a client who required clinical support due to declining health. The family wanted a provider who would offer a professional and discreet service and were recommended to contact the Scottish Nursing Guild. Our Case Manager liaised and worked with the family to build a team of core nurses who would provide regular care to their relative, whilst ensuring privacy and dignity were always maintained. We supported this family for over two years until the client sadly passed away.
