Our service offers:

  • Rapid response to facilitate early discharge from hospital to home, managed by our team and liaising with professionals and families at all times
  • Temporary care package management, for as long as you need us
  • Highly skilled nurses to provide home based specialist care, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients with a variety of care requirements
  • Backfilling for interim cover during recruitment periods or staffing shortfalls to assist in stabilising current packages
  • Support for both adults and children

Our latest RQIA Inspection Report (2021):

‘There were no areas for improvement identified during this inspection. Good practice was identified in relation to appropriate checks being undertaken before nurses were supplied to the various health care settings. Good practice was also found in relation to the system in place for disseminating Covid-19 related information and guidance to staff, staff training and recruitment. There were good governance and management oversight systems in place.’
