Summary

We need specialist mental health HCAs for temporary, last minute placements across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Guild mental health HCAs can access work in both NHS and private hospitals, police / Garda stations, prisons, custodial services, schools and mental health / psychiatric units. You’ll need to work to our high standards and in return you’ll receive full professional support from us.

Requirements

A minimum of 12 months experience working in psychiatric ICU or forensics

Evidenced completion of NVQ / BTEC is desirable

A minimum of 6 months experience in the last 2 years in an acute mental health setting (acute admissions)

A willingness to work to our company expectations

Evidence of safety interventions (MAPA) / PMVA training
