Summary

We need learning disability HCAs for temporary, last-minute placements across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Guild learning disability HCAs can access work in both NHS and private hospitals, police stations, prisons, custodial services, schools, mental health units and supporting clients living at home or in the community. You’ll need to work to our high standards and in return you’ll receive full professional support from us.

Requirements

A minimum of 12 months experience working in a complex clinical area (PMLD)

Evidence of safety interventions (MAPA) / PMVA training and experience with behaviours that challenge is desirable

Evidenced completion of the Care Certificate or NVQ / BTEC is desirable

A willingness to work to our company expectations
