About the team
Klara Milligan
Country Manager Ireland
I have worked at the Scottish Nursing Guild since 2013, starting out initially in our placement team when our Belfast branch opened. Since then, my role has expanded over the years alongside our business.
I now oversee our operations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, including our placement teams, recruitment teams, case managers, accounts, and sales managers. I am very proud to work for the Scottish Nursing Guild both professionally and personally.
Ashling O’Connell
Branch Manager – Cork
I started my journey with the Scottish Nursing Guild interviewing nurses for the Guild in Dublin back in 2016. I joined the placement team in 2018 and progressed to Operations Team Lead.
I was delighted to have the opportunity to oversee the opening of the Cork office in late 2022 and look forward to working closely with our nurses and clients in the Munster area. As a nurse myself, I take great pride in the work our nurses do.
Nuala Quinn
Community Case Manager Ireland
I joined the Scottish Nursing Guild in 2017, when our community businesses started. I am a dual qualified registered nurse in adults and paediatrics, specialising in both paediatric & neonatal intensive care.
I work closely with our community patients, family members and local care teams as well as providing clinical support to our office teams and nurses.
Rachel Scott
Operations Team Manager
I joined the Scottish Nursing Guild in 2015 starting out in the placement team supporting clients to fill urgent shifts.
Since then, my role has evolved in line with business growth and I now manage the placement team in Belfast.
