I have worked for the Guild since 2013, starting out initially as a placement coordinator on the duty desk.
I have loved being part of an ever-expanding business and working my way up. I’ve enjoyed watching my team grow, getting to know so many of our amazing staff and building relationships with our growing client base.
My team! I am truly lucky to have such great people around me. I also enjoy the peace of mind it gives me to know that we only provide fully compliant locums to our clients. Our staff out on the field are confident and get paid what they really deserve.
Compliancy. I feel ours is second to none. A nurse or health care assistant can truly stand comfortably on a shift and know that no matter what position they may find themselves in, they are complaint and competent. They also have the safety of knowing our dedicated incidents team will take care of them with any struggle they may face, to guide and assist.
To ‘follow my instincts’. It may not always lead to where I expect, but I know I’ll end up where I am meant to be.
