Senior Case Manager
Although I’m a dual-qualified nurse in adults and children, I specialised in paediatric ITU for most of my career in the NHS.
In 2001 I began working as a nurse for SNG, with both adults and children in various specialities, before taking on a Clinical Care Coordinator role in the community for several years.
I have been in my current role since 2013 and I thoroughly enjoy helping to grow our community division.
Our work is very rewarding as we often make a real difference to people’s lives – providing them with a professional, reliable and compassionate service so they can remain at home or in the community.
It is also very diverse, as we never know what requests will come to us.
We work hard to provide excellent care for people of all ages and conditions.
The diversity, you never know what can come in, it's never dull! Making a difference to people’s lives by providing them with the care they need and deserve. The people I work with and the people I meet in my role.
Professionalism; reliability; compassion; correct placement of suitably skilled workers; high fill rate; providing care “when no one else can”
Strive for excellence
